Smokefree "Milestones"
Staying free of cigarettes and tobacco is a challenge in itself. So to help celebrate an ex-smoker's achievement, we developed these feel-good "milestones" to be shared across NCI Smokefree's various social media accounts. Fans of the page and people looking to quit were all welcome to share these as motivation rather than the usual "Don't give up!" or "Hang in there!" post.
